Keeper for a Day
Curious whether the care of a guinea pig is similar to the care of a giraffe? Do keepers go into the camel’s enclosure? How do we offer alpacas vitamins? What needs to be done every day for the expert and all-round care of the animals? You can find out everything on the Keeper for a Day programme. The programme is for children and adults.

Special clothing
For the best possible experience meeting the animals, we want to be in close contact with them. Since people do not have thick fur or feathers, we need clothing for close encounters with the animals. Animals have claws, beaks, teeth, etc., so without suitable clothing and footwear, a very friendly meeting with them can leave you with scratches and the unnecessary risk of infection. You may therefore only attend the programme in closed footwear and long clothing.
